Maison Swan Return Policy

Maison Swan is committed to ensuring that every client feels confident in her selection. As a specialty boutique offering made-to-order formalwear, certain guidelines govern the handling of returns and exchanges. These policies are designed to maintain the integrity of our collection and uphold the standards expected of a bespoke bridal and evening wear retailer.

Return Eligibility

Requests for a return may be submitted within fourteen days of the order’s delivery date. Eligibility is assessed based on the condition of the garment upon receipt. Items must be unworn, unaltered, free of marks or damage, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Garments showing signs of wear, handling, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Final Sale

Bridal veils are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipment

Approved returns must be shipped back at the client’s expense. Maison Swan does not provide prepaid labels. To protect both parties, tracked shipping is required. Returns sent without tracking or prior authorization cannot be processed.

Inspection and Processing

Once received, returned items undergo a quality review. If the garment is accepted, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges. Should an item not meet return requirements, it will be sent back to the client.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, clients are asked to notify Maison Swan within 48 hours of delivery so that an appropriate resolution can be arranged.
